Residence Les Chataigniers

The Résidence Les Châtaigniers is located in a 3-hectare park in the hills above Saint-Jorioz, 2 km from Lake Annecy and 9 km from Annecy.

The residence offers furnished apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms) and standard rooms (without a kitchenette).

All apartments have a balcony with mountain views or direct access to the garden. Please specify your preference when booking.

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils.

It also includes a television and a bathroom with a shower and/or bathtub.

The rooms at the Residence feature a private bathroom and a TV.

The property has two swimming pools: an indoor pool open daily and a seasonal outdoor pool (unheated), open from May to September.

Your accommodation includes access to a volleyball court, a squash court, a tennis court, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables, and a fitness area.

The Residence has a restaurant and a bar, open from May to September by reservation.

From May to September, we offer a sweet and savory buffet breakfast (at an additional cost).

From September to May, we offer a continental breakfast (at an additional cost).
