Jose·5·magg.. 2022· "I was only here for two nights and it was a very enjoyable stay. I was greeted and upgraded to Room 1, the Masai Suite, where I had a large living area (dining room table, sofa) with a restroom off one side and a kitchen area off the other. A large bedroom with its own bathroom is part of this spacious suite as well. There was a large bottle of water for me in the fridge and a nice bottle of Portugese red wine on the living room coffee table, compliments of the owner. While the weather was a tad fresh and so I did not avail myself of the pool, there was an elderly European couple who did and seemed to enjoy the quiet and solitude it affords. The two cats are stealthy and add charm to the place. Breakfast was varied - a choice of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries and fresh fruits, along with freshly brewed coffee. There were ample towels in the bathroom and the apartment (because it was much more than a room) was excellent. My only recommendation would be, since there is a very short “driveway” off the street into the property and one must currently park one’s car, exit it and manually open the gate to drive in, that the gate be automated somewhere to make it easier to enter and exit, but this minor inconvenience in no way detracted from enjoying my short respite and basking in the sense of calm and the beautiful landscaping which distinguishes this property. I would definitely return. Obrigado!"
