I'm open-minded, athletic, emotionally aware, and kind — people often describe me as 'doux'. I have travelled for work and pleasure all of my life. I love discovering new people, places and cultures. As language is one of the keys to discovering people and their cultures, am now learning my 5th, Italian. I am very active, with gym classes, pilates and mountain biking, as I live at 1200m in the Swiss Jura. I am also an avid swimmer and love all water and winter sports. Music is central in my life: I play the piano and sing. I live close to nature and love exploring quieter, more remote places where I can connect deeply with mother earth.
I'm a big foodie and a wine amateur. Culture matters to me: music, cinema, theatre, art, and good conversation. I value curiosity, humour, emotional intelligence, spirituality and a solid general understanding of the world around us.
I speak English and French fluently, Spanish well, and German at an intermediate level. I also love Italy, especially the food and the language, which, as I mentioned, I'm currently learning.
