Nude does not mean to be full of shame. Nudism / Naturism is about feeling well being nude and just behave naturaly with your body, be as you are without shame.

Naturism is about fighting predjuices, it is living equality. Nudism is freedom of living and without shame so I realy want to feel free at home and I want that you feel that too.
