Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying take out at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.

Spend time outside on the patio with a grill and dining table. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer! ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ The garage is not suitable for full‐size trucks or oversized vehicles. ★ The property does not have dedicated bike storage such as hooks, wall mounts, racks, or bike stands inside the home or garage.

House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‐in, and late check‐out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‐Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
