A stylish waterfront getaway with luxury vibes, unbeatable Gulf views, and all the comforts of home. Enjoy sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or cozy nights by the fire—your perfect coastal escape awaits. Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. We manage the unit and only the unit. We don't manage the rest of the resort.

LAUNDRY FACILITY: Located on the 3rd level, the guest laundry with washer and dryer is next to the elevator. It is open 24 hours and coin operated. The price per load is $2 unless updated. Quarters are accepted, and cards are also accepted for payment. Resort on the water. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Ben T Davis beach only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. A lot is in walking distance including several restaurants and bars (ask if you need recommendations). The on-site convenience store sells basics like snacks, beer & wine, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Instacart is also readily available in the area. If you want a public beach with swimming access, Ben T. Davis is right around the corner. It is walkable, but we'd recommend a short 3-4 minute uber. This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.

Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.

⚠ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
