You'll love our home 🏠🏖 a few things we love to make sure people know! ✔ This is 1 of 3 units - there's a unit adjacent to this one and a unit above it ✔ Our entire property is a 23 age minimum with 10PM - 8AM quiet hours - this helps us ensure you guys have a peaceful & relaxing vacation! ✔ We LOVE dogs - so this place (and the other ********its) are Pet Friendly - everyone is spaced out and your yard is private, but it's always possible to encounter another pup in passing Guests have access to their unit, the laundry, and their backyard We're a more residential area so it's quiet and removed from the hotels while still being a very, very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants You can 100% walk to everything but you also have a free parking spot if needed ⚠ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.
