Host fantastico. Molto disponibile. Mi ha anche aiutato a dare indicazioni al mio autista Uber quando si era perso. Ho apprezzato l'ingresso privato a livello strada. Era molto conveniente per i ristoranti e i bar. Tornerei sicuramente qui.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole a casa di Jean. È un signore educato e la sua ospitalità è stata incoraggiante per tornare. Ho alloggiato nello Studio che era pulito e decente. Grazie Jean e spero di rivederti presto.

Devo solo dire questo. La posizione era meravigliosa I gatti randagi intorno all'edificio Super carini . se l'acqua calda finisce .. lasciarla scorrere un po'.. alla fine funzionerà.. . Inoltre .. non salire sul tetto della piscina anche se hai una chiave dopo le 20:00 😂 ops .. ma a parte questo .... Il bagno potrebbe essere più grande.

Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso nel delizioso studio e l'host è stato meraviglioso. come direbbero Location, location, location. La proprietà era bellissima con una piscina e persone fantastiche e ragazzi affascinanti ovunque. Tornerò sicuramente in futuro.

Jean era un ospite straordinario! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da tutti i migliori posti che PV ha da offrire. Un'area sicura e accogliente.

Sono stato molto felice dello studio. Era molto tranquillo ma così vicino a tutto, la posizione è davvero ottima. Era spazioso e confortevole, con una cucina molto bella. Tornerei definitivamente se ritornassi.

Tutto è andato perfetto. Altamente consigliato!! In particolare la piscina è fantastica!! Jean è molto simpatico e disponibile!

Onestamente, non posso dire abbastanza cose straordinarie su questa proprietà. Eccellenza completa: pulizia, posizione, comunicazione, sicurezza, servizi. Ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Il mio unico rammarico era non avere abbastanza tempo (ho esplorato per 5 giorni) per godermi la bella terrazza e l'area piscina con i padroni di casa e gli altri ospiti. Sono stati tutti incredibilmente amichevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo annuncio. È a pochi passi da tutto! Tornerò sicuramente.

I’m checking out tomorrow after being here two weeks in February 2024, and have nothing but good things to say about it. It may sound unbelievable, but I had never personally rented an ******** before, and this was my first time using MrB&B, and I liked using the app and also supporting the community. This place was perfect for me, I already plan to come back next year. Great little studio, not fancy, but it has all the basics. The pictures match reality – I couldn’t tell till I got here, but the bathroom (toilet, shower, stall) are tucked behind the bed and up a step, and perfectly useful - toilet flushed great, plenty of readily available hot water & towels. Hosts were exceptionally helpful and live in the building where the units are so they are available if there’s any problems or if you needed advice. They took care of things I did not even know were problems (they had someone out to fix the a/C unit which I thought was working fine - and it was taken care of quickly while I was out anyway). And it was clear to me that the terrace with pool and washer/dryer were for the use of all guests, not any particular unit - I’m not sure why anyone would think it was for private parties. Hosts provided laundry detergent for W/D – I did wash one load because I arrived during a few days of rain (extremely unusual this time of year) and clothes got wet. At the end of the trip I dropped stuff off at a cheap lavanderia a short block away instead because I did not want to spend more time doing laundry (chores!) while I was on vacation. But very handy to have available if you need it! Note that you’re staying away from the beach, but the beach is a very short walk away. You are at the end of one of the main drags in town, the one with most of the restaurants and shops (Basilio). This is the first time I’ve stayed away from the beach, and I liked this area and this rental. The building is a little tricky to find, tucked away on a small dead-end street that’s right in the middle of things, but that makes it feel more private and safe. The place seemed popular, I had a sense of there being a mix of returning regulars and those in for the first time like me. Other than doing laundry one morning, I did not spend any time on the little terrace with the little pool, so I can’t really comment on that. I feel like I got great value for my money, and would stay here again without hesitation.
