The property is located on Duke Street and comprises of 3 individual apartments within one Georgina townhouse allowing groups to stay together wile giving you your own space. You will have exclusive use of the entire building.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious two bedroom apartment with two double bedrooms each with a double bed as well as two double sofa beds in the open plan living area. The apartment also has a kitchen/ dining area and a bathroom with shower.

Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a cosy one bedroom apartment with open plan living area/ kitchen and shower room. This apartment has a double bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

On the second floor you will also find a cosy one bedroom apartment with open plan living area/ kitchen and shower room. This apartment has a double bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Each apartment has its own kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking essentials you need for a short stay. Each apartment has a kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster and Nespresso Coffee Machine. If you prefer dining out, There are numerous fantastic cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. You will also find a premier store a few doors away for any groceries you might need.

Relax after a days sight seeing with your favorite shows on one of the 4 large Smart TV’s perfect for a cozy night in. You will have exclusive use of the entire building.
