Located in the beautiful Bent Creek area of Asheville, this remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ready to be your home away from home while you are visiting Asheville! The home features 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 8 guests. Both bathrooms provide space to get ready and essentials such as towels and hair dryers. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook up some meals and gather around the dining room table. Ease into the living room and curl up on the couches for an evening of TV. Out back, we have a propane grill and plenty of seating to gather around and catch up with friends and family. Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, with the exception of the attic and storage building behind the house. Free parking in the driveway. For easy entry, the home is equipped with a smart lock providing a seamless self-check-in experience. Quiet, well established neighborhood in Bent Creek. Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well and would be a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals. We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification.
