PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES CAREFULLY.
THEY ARE ALL INTENDED TO BE ACCEPTED UPON RESERVATION IS BOOKED.

1. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
The House will be available from 9.00 AM on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Late check out can be arranged with the host, upon request and when/if possible.
Check-in outside of the above-mentioned hours will incur an additional fee of:
• €30,00 after 9:00 PM;
• €70,00 after midnight and before 9:00 AM.

2. REGISTRATION
Accordingly with the Italian laws, upon arrival the guests must:
- pay the CITY TAX in ********, directly to the owner. It is a fee of € 3,50 p/person p/night;
- show their PERSONAL DOCUMENTS (passport or other ID with name and photo) to the host, for the registration.
FUNCTIONS, PARTIES AND UNAUTHORISED GUESTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Accordingly with the Italian laws, it is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not regularly registered users of accommodation into the House. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the House, the host has the right to cancel accommodation.

3. RESPECT FOR ENVIRONMENT
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the House. It is allowed on the balcony and on the terrace. Consumption of drugs or any other illegal substancies is strictly forbidden in the House. Please take good care of the entire apartment, and turn off electric appliances and taps after using them. Do not leave the A/C or Heating on if there is no need for it, for example, while you are out of the House, and do not use it with open windows and doors.

4. ANIMALS
We love animals, but please leave yours at home.

5. HOUSE CLEANING
The House will be cleaned upon your arrival and then once per week. The guests are responsible for cleaning of the House and to leave the House as they found it upon arrival (clean, tidy and undamaged). All dining and cooking utensils must be washed and trash must be thrown. The host is not required to clean and tidy up, as well as offering breakfast, lunch and dinner to the guests. Extra cleaning service (€50,00) can be set on request.

6. KEYS
At their arrival the guests will get a set of keys, and will have to leave it to the owner the day of their departure. They are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. Replacement of any lost keys will incur a fee of € 100,00.

7. NIGHT QUIET AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
All bookings are accepted on the basis that utmost care and consideration is given to the House and neighbouring guests. From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM is the period of night rest, so please do not disturb the neighbours. Please respect the night quiet so as to avoid unpleasant situations with the host and their neighbours. Please always make sure to close the main doors of the House and the Building.

8. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
The host is not responsible for the guest's belongings, but will do anything in his power to protect and warn the guests of possible dangers.

9. DAMAGES
All furnishings and equipment must be left in the House as originally found. All damage, breakages or losses to the House and/or furniture/furnishings/appliances are to be reported to the owner and arrangements made for reimbursement.

10. DANGEROUS MATERIALS AND UNCOMMON APPLIANCES The guest is not allowed to bring easily inflammable and explosive materials and objects with a strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. Moreover, the guest cannot bring electric appliances without the host's permission. The power consumption included in the price of accommodation does not include uncommon additional appliances that use electricity, and for every appliance found in the apartment, additional expenses will be charged in accordance with the estimated power consumption, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
