The bathroom offers a stall shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a washing machine with a drying wrack provided outside in the courtyard. The apartment is fitted with all modern comforts, LCD satellite TV, a mini stereo, Wi-Fi internet with laptop, air conditioning, and from radiator heat to an independent ventilator heater on the ceiling over the bed. €15.00 cleaning fee not included in daily rate. Check in after 8pm additional 35 euros.

It is located in the garden courtyard of the building and consideration of neighbors is important with keeping the noise to minimum. Similarly, this is a privately owned studio and respect for the property and its contents is expected. There are three large bins across the street for trash and recycling. A white bin for paper, a blue bin with round holes for bottles and glass and black bin for all other waste.
