The space:
Decorated with refinement, our property is located on the ground floor of an exclusive condominium with outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of Vilamoura marina, beaches, and shopping areas. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and terrace (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Bathroom with Italian shower and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people, as the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Small but very functional and fully equipped kitchen. Espresso coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and microwave, 53'' TV and WIFI are some of the facilities.
We manage this property independently and all our “meet and greet” are in person. All our check-ins are from 4pm. However additional charges may apply when:
• Check-ins between 7 pm and 10 pm 25 euros
• From 10 pm to midnight 45 euros
• After midnight 90 euros
Early check-ins fee from 10 am to 4 pm: 25 euros / Late check-outs until 2 pm - 25 euros / until 6 pm - 50 euros (both always subject to availability)
Rental service for: Cot: 10 euros/unit/stay and baby highchair: 6 euros/unit/stay
Rental beach towels: 5 euros per towel
This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for:
• Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
• Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
• All other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

The area is very quiet as the condominium was built in the villa area of Vilamoura. Car recommended but not mandatory because the area is easily accessible for those who like to walk.

1) Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem on the street. We ask that you do not smoke in the property, not even at the window, as the smell will always remain.
2) Respect the quiet time (between 10 pm and 8 am).
3) Don't leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when you go out. Thank you!
4) Let us know immediately if you find something that does not work or damaged.
5) Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter and to use the property.
6) Take out the garbage regularly, it will avoid unpleasant smell in the accommodation.
