Per la nostra prima volta a Parigi, Thierry è stato l'ospite più cortese e straordinariamente accogliente con noi due. Il posto era ben mantenuto e ti dava una vera sensazione di vivere nel cuore di Parigi.

Un piccolo appartamento vicino a tutto, nel quartiere gay. Accoglienza eccellente e tanti piccoli gesti premurosi sempre apprezzati!

Thierry è stato attento e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande. Il suo posto si trova nel cuore del Marais ed è conveniente per i viaggi e per mangiare in meravigliosi ristoranti.

Ho trascorso 3 notti nello studio di Thierry. È molto ben posizionato, a pochi passi dal Marais. Studio molto tranquillo per dormire, affacciato sulla corte. Thierry è disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti.

Thierry è stato un ottimo host e si è fatto in quattro per accogliere il mio check-in ritardato. Era così gentile e disponibile - ha persino portato la mia valigia fino al suo studio! (Ci sono molti gradini ma è solo parte del fascino del posto). Gli alloggi sono compatti e hai tutto quello di cui hai bisogno. E mi è piaciuta la privacy. Consiglio di prenotare con Thierry.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful little apartment located in the heart of the Le Marais district. The location: is truly excellent, a real highlight: just a ten-minute walk from the metro and a five-minute walk from the bike station, which makes exploring Paris incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a historic building, and even though there's no elevator, the view more than makes up for the effort. Facing the internal courtyard, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet, an oasis of calm with a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris. The owner: Thierry, proved to be a very kind and helpful person. Right from the start, he was keen to provide me with useful tips, not only on the main gay venues in the neighborhood but also on practical information like where to buy groceries and which tourist destinations to consider. I really appreciated his genuine interest in my well-being, making sure everything was going well, and he was always ready to help whenever I contacted him. The apartment: While laid out vertically, is very cleverly organized. Upon entering, to the right, you'll find the bathroom. Although small, it's surprisingly spacious and functional, equipped with a sink and hairdryer, a large walk-in shower where the water pressure is excellent and hot water arrives instantly, as well as a toilet and washing machine. I found it very convenient to have a variety of different towels available, all large and soft. Continuing on, you enter the kitchen area, which is well-equipped with a spacious sink, two hobs, a microwave, a small fridge (the only minor inconvenience is that the freezer compartment is difficult to access because it doesn't open completely properly), a kettle, a coffee machine, and a good assortment of pots and plates. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a multifunctional counter with two stools that serves as the dining area. The only things I noted were the lack of a dish drainer and the visible trash can. At the back of the apartment, you'll find the sofa bed, but I can assure you that you'll sleep very well, and the pillows are extremely comfortable. It opens and closes quite easily, although, obviously, when it's open, the available space in that area is significantly reduced. I found the presence of a multi-socket power strip nearby to be very useful. Next to the sofa bed, there's a two-door wardrobe: one part holds blankets and pillows (leaving little space for anything else), while the other part offers useful space to hang about some clothes, with hangers already included. Furthermore, I appreciated the presence of an iron and ironing board, very handy for removing any wrinkles from clothes. Above the sofa bed, there are some shelves, though unfortunately, on one side, they are a bit slanted and not entirely stable. Regarding additional comforts, the electric shutters work splendidly, blocking out the sun effectively and ensuring a great night's sleep. And for warmer evenings, a large fan is available, which is no small detail. I had a great time and I recommend it to you. Thanks again Thierry
