Its history began years ago as a two-room bilingual school and was later transformed into a charming 3-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom private home. A total, top-to-bottom renovation and remodel was completed using the best architects, contractors and landscape designer. The stunning result is that of an upscale boutique hotel combined with the charm of Colonial Mexico. Located through a charming alley, past a beautiful wrought iron gate and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets, this home is an oasis within the city.

This exquisitely decorated property boasts a lovely indoor-outdoor living room on the ground level with gas fireplace, a light filled charming garden area with mature trees, and multiple terrace spaces on every level of the home. The rooftop terrace is perfect for entertaining and has a firepit and fountain.

The galley kitchen is fully-equipped and well thought out. The open concept living room and dining room area flank the kitchen and look out onto the garden.

Each bedroom is light filled and has its own ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and closet space and each opens up to a terrace or patio. Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group. The entry/access instructions will be emailed to you 1-day prior to arrival. Housekeeping is provided every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more. They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a green taxi.

We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport.
