The main floor features a spacious, open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and adjoining dining area. Step outside the kitchen to a charming garden patio complete with a fountain and bistro table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. From the patio, enter the first bedroom, featuring a queen bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom.

Head up the steps from the garden patio to the second level, where you’ll find a convenient half bath, a cozy terrace with seating, and a laundry room. This floor also houses the primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and generous closet space. Just outside the primary bedroom, there’s a dedicated office space, more storage, and the third bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Continue up to the third-floor rooftop, where two spacious terraces await. The front-facing terrace includes a table and chairs for outdoor dining, while the larger back terrace offers a bar, comfortable lounge furniture, and a fire pit—perfect for watching sunsets and taking in beautiful views of the Parroquia and surrounding churches.

It's ideally situated, offering an easy, mostly flat walk to some of San Miguel’s most beloved spots, including a 10-minute walk to Parque Juarez with its peaceful gardens and lively outdoor activities. Just 2 blocks away is Sterling Dickinson, a popular street lined with artisan shops, cafes, and art studios. San Antonio provides a welcoming atmosphere and local charm, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to San Miguel’s bustling attractions.
