The 2 main bedrooms both include king-size beds and private bathrooms with stand-up showers. Both rooms are equipped with TVs with streaming apps, ceiling fans, a full-size dresser and full-length closet with hangers. The house is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with floor to ceiling curtains for privacy and pull-down blackout shades.

The living space features a full-size living room with sofa and love seat, a flat screen TV with streaming apps, and an outdoor garden patio with outdoor seating. The house includes a full-size kitchen with a stove and oven, cookware and cooking utensils, full-size refrigerator, place settings, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, a full coffee bar with coffee, creamer, sugar, stevia and tea, and a water jug with purified, filtered water. The kitchen also includes a dining table with seating for 6.

The best part of the house is the rooftop terrace that overlooks a beautiful neighborhood in San Miguel and faces west, giving you exclusive sunset views and a private rooftop to enjoy. The rooftop includes a grill, an outdoor kitchen, lounge seating, table seating, and an outdoor half bathroom. All the things you need to enjoy food or drinks on the rooftop! Guests will enjoy self check-in with key code access. The entry of the house is located through the garage, accessible from the street. Upon entry from the street, you will have access to the private garage, where you can access the keys to the house. The house is located up the stairs over the garage. Located just on the edge of Centro, this house sits on a quaint street just off of Pila Seca, Quebrada and Zacateros, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the Jardin! Just 5 minutes from the center of town and the iconic Parroquia. Taxis are only $70 pesos (between $3-3.50 USD). They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a taxi. We offer a private car service starting at just $80 pesos (or more depending on destination) and $45 USD per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport. However, as a request from previous guests, handrails have been installed on each staircase to help those with mobility issues.
