This home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. The residence features three elegant king-bedroom suites, each with an ensuite travertine bathroom, beamed ceilings, and private outdoor access. The main living spaces include a double-height living room with a dramatic two-story fireplace, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

Outdoor spaces are equally breathtaking, featuring a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views, a shaded seating area, an outdoor kitchen, a firepit, and multiple private balconies. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and concierge services.

2nd Floor • Living Room: A double-height space with vaulted cathedral ceilings, a two-story fireplace, and French doors leading to a roof terrace with outdoor dining. • Dining Room: Beamed ceiling, cantera fireplace, and balcony access. • Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances, marble and cantera flooring, and a breakfast bar. • Half Bathroom and Laundry Room: Conveniently located for guests.

We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport.
