“Its expensive for what you get especially when not in a busy season. You pay for location being so close to everything, room is small but has everything I needed. They stuffed me around with the Pilatus ticket I had to pay extra 51.40€ on the boat for holding the incorrect ticket that I bought directly from the hotel (I paid the full adult price but handed in a discounted ticket), eventually it was sorted on the check out day but it caused inconvenience to me. Also 1 was there for 2 nights but only refunded for 1 carbon price refund... the 3 of the receptionists are friendly n helpful 2 are not. Breakfast is limited in choices but good quality.. ”

È caro per quello che ricevi, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Paghi per la posizione così vicina a tutto, la camera è piccola ma ha tutto quello che mi serviva. Mi hanno creato problemi con il biglietto del Pilatus - ho dovuto pagare 51,40€ in più sulla barca per aver presentato un biglietto errato che avevo acquistato direttamente in hotel (ho pagato il prezzo adulto pieno ma ho consegnato un biglietto scontato), alla fine è stato risolto il giorno del checkout ma mi ha causato disagi. Inoltre, sono rimasto 2 notti ma mi è stato rimborsato solo 1 compenso carbonio... 3 dei 5 receptionist sono amichevoli e disponibili, 2 non lo sono. La colazione ha scelte limitate ma è di buona qualità.
