Atención: Important Information The hotel is located in a building with an elevator. Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check‑in. Special requests, such as cribs and parking, are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. The property must be informed in advance of the expected arrival time. Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not allowed. Noise is not permitted between 00:00 and 08:00. Minors under 18 years old may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, never alone. Bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the rooms. Portable stoves, electric cooktops, or similar cooking appliances are not permitted in the property. The use of candles and/or incense inside the rooms is also prohibited. If a guest forgets an item in the room, they may claim it from the hotel within one year, and the guest must arrange collection through a courier service. Pets are not allowed. Due to the property’s location and events held nearby on certain dates, there may be increased crowds, noise, restricted access, traffic disruptions, or changes in circulation and parking. We recommend checking event dates in advance and considering them when planning your stay.
