Recently renovated, peaceful, and full of natural light. Just 4 metro stops from the Colosseum. A calm, friendly cat lives in the apartment, so please consider this if allergic.

I live in the apartment, and the room you'll be staying in is the only room dedicated to guests, ensuring a quiet, personal, and authentic experience. The apartment features a cozy dining area where I'll welcome you and be happy to share tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your stay in Rome.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a characterful building typical of the neighborhood, and there is no elevator. However, I'll be happy to help you with your luggage upon arrival.

Please also note that I prefer not to have visits from other people during your stay, hope you will understand.

Also the Pigneto metro station is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent connections to the rest of the city: in only 2 stops you'll reach San Giovanni (where you can easily connect to Metro Line A) and in just 4 stops you'll arrive at the Colosseum (with easy access to Metro Line B and Rome's historic center).
