A bright, fully-equipped private room right by Rome Tiburtina train and metro station, and a short walk to the gay district.
The room has a comfy double bed, a wardrobe, a gym station, and a desk with an ergonomic chair. The flat hosts a functional kitchen and an airy living room.
I live in the apartment and will be happy to welcome, assist and get to know my guests (when and if they feel like), making sure that I won't be in their way during their stay.
Guests will be sharing with me only (not with other guests) the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, which I strive to keep clean and tidy.
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay in ******** the Rome Tourist Tax of €6.00 per night, as set by the Roman Tourism Office.

Una stanza privata, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana di Roma Tiburtina, e a 10 minuti dalla zona che ospita i più famosi locali gay della città.
La camera ha un comodo letto, un armadio, una postazione ginnica e una scrivania con sedia ergonomica. L'appartamento è dotato di una cucina molto funzionale e di un soggiorno con divano, tavolo e tv.
Vivo nell'appartamento e sarò felice di accogliere, assistere e conoscere i miei ospiti (quando, e se ne avranno voglia), assicurandomi di non essere d'intralcio durante il loro soggiorno.
Gli ospiti condivideranno con me solo, e non con altri ospiti, il bagno, la cucina e il soggiorno, mantenuti regolarmente puliti ed in ordine.

The flat is 5 minutes walking distance from Tiburtina train and metro station, the city hub for anyone arriving by train from Fiumicino Airport, Fiera di Roma, or by high-speed train (Italo/Freccia Rossa) from Venice, Turin, Milan, Bologna, or Florence.
With the Metro B line, you can be in Monti, or by the Colosseum in 20 minutes (door to door), or reach the city centre in 15, hopping on the A line in Termini Station.
The neighborehood hosts plenty of restaurants and shops, and the three most popular LGBTQ friendly spots: Monk, Muccassasina and Largo Venue (12, 20, and 30 minutes walk respectively). Monk is my favourite: a large venue with a garden, a bar and a dance floor.
