Cosy, functional and well-connected apartment with a friendly host

I absolutely loved my stay with Simo! He was incredibly kind and communicative prior to my arrival and during my stay. The accommodations were perfect and exactly what I needed for my time in Italy: cozy, convenient and authentically Roman! Also, the location was great for getting around Rome easily and for travel to other cities. Two thumbs up!

Simone is a fantastic host. Friendly and easy to spend time with in his lovely home. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available and Simone helps with local recommendations. I loved the fact that the apartment is away from all the main tourist spots so it feels like a great experience of what it means to live in Rome. Highly recommend. The apartment is located within a five minute walk to the Rome Tiburtina Train / Bus station providing access to public transit. The apartment itself is super clean, functional, and has air conditioning. There are a variety of local food shops all around and a super market as well. The host is proactively communicative, responsive, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. He also provided a list of recommended restaurants and activities. Thanks again for everything.

The apartment itself is spotless—truly spick and span. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Having air conditioning in the room was an absolute blessing during Rome’s hot and humid summer weather. The location is also ideal—just a short walk from Rome Tiburtina Train/ Bus station, which makes it easy to travel anywhere in the city or even beyond, thanks to the train and bus connections available there. My experience staying at Simone’s place was nothing short of exceptional. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including a supermarket and a great gelato shop just downstairs. I highly recommend Simone’s apartment to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and charming place to stay in Rome. This probably was the best stay I had in Europe. Simone is such a professional host, with a squeaky clean house, great communication and a very respectful approach. He even gave me a huge list of places to check, knew I am into art and discussed a few pieces and destinations with me. He's very smart and offers such a safe space for everyone. The flat is 6 minutes away from a major bus and train station which was very convenient to go to any place in Rome!

I had a fantastic experience! Not only was the apartment perfect for what I was looking for, Simone was the perfect host. I asked for a couple of recommendations (a cooking class, parks to sketch in and local flea markets) and he was able to provide perfect suggestions. Location was excellent for transportation to anywhere around Italy, not just Rome. Highly recommend Simone as host when you're in Rome!
