Hi, I am David and I am the owner of Poggio di Musignano, a farmhouse consisting of 4 double and 1 triple rooms, independent and tastefully furnished. Based on the number of guests required, the site will calculate the number of rooms needed, if you are a group you can book the whole villa so that it is at your complete disposal. Write to me before booking and I will be happy to give you more information. I will be the one to welcome you and in the morning if you wish it will be possible to have breakfast in your private garden in total relaxation and privacy, or on the communal patio. 3 rooms have a kitchenette inside.
Il Poggio is in the center of Maremma Laziale, 20 minutes from Ultima spiaggia and Chiarone; Capalbio is 35 km away, Porto Santo Stefano 48 km, and Saturnia is 30 km away. Fiumicino/Rome airport is about 100 km away.
