Renovated private room in downtown - metro and Termini on foot

I had a fantastic stay! The apt is very clean and is a short walk from Roma Termini. I felt safe. WiFi is very fast. The room is cozy and is a bookworm's paradise. I loved it. His place is a great base to explore Rome and other Italian cities (Ostia Antica, Pompeii, even Florence and Assisi) since it's centrally located and near the train station. This was my first misterbandb experience and Mario is a kind and gentle host who made me feel at home. He's fluent in English and always answered my texts on ******** in a timely manner. Since I was there as a tourist and was away throughout the day, I connected with him in the evenings after 8pm where we had lively conversations on various topics ranging from politics, finance, books, and of course, gay life in Rome. He grew up here and loves his city. I hope to stay here again someday. Grazie di tutto!

Great stay with a great host. The pictures are super accurate, the apartment is really nice and modern. The location of the apartment is perfect, you can walk to many sites or catch a subway easily. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Rome another time.

I had a wonderful stay with Mario. The location IS wonderful, with proximity to the metro and trains at Termini Station, the National Museum of Rome, and walkable to all major parts of the city. Mario was a terrific host, he met me when I arrived and made sure to give me the access so that I could come and go. After a long day at his very demanding job, he stayed up to speak with me about Rome, its history, the state of the world. I could have spoken with him all night, but both of us needed to sleep. The next morning, before my walking tour of the city, he offered an espresso with almond milk which was thoroughly deliscious! A charming, thoughtful and smart gentleman.

The accommodation is optimal in a very well-maintained apartment.

Central area, close to Termini, very nice apartment, well furnished, tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet room. However, I'm sorry to say: Mario as a host 0, no information about the apartment, the area, restaurants, recommendations etc. Communication 0 on his part during the stay, bordering on rudeness, lack of education and cordiality etc, which made me feel uncomfortable. Personally, I would not recommend it.

Great location and great host. The apartment was close to everything, easy to get around the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable and easy to find. 10/10 recommend.
