I'll be waiting for you in a private room in a renovated apartment in the heart of Rome, designed for those who want to get around the city on foot and by transport without worries.

The room has a comfortable 120-cm bed, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment, on the third floor of a building without an elevator, consists of two rooms and a shared bathroom; you'll also have the living room with kitchenette and a small balcony if you want to smoke. All rooms are air conditioned and carefully maintained. You can use the washer and dryer if needed.

The real highlight is the location. You're a 10-minute walk from Termini Station and just 7 minutes from the Repubblica (line A) and Castro Pretorio (line B) subways: from here you can easily reach every corner of the city. And if you're coming for Pride, it starts right from Piazza della Repubblica, literally a five-minute walk from home. You're also close to some of Rome's most popular gay clubs.

I'm a helpful and easygoing host: I happily share my tips on the best places to eat, drink and hang out. The environment is relaxed and welcoming, ideal for those traveling alone, as a couple, or looking for a convenient base for sightseeing.

Central area, close to Termini, very nice apartment, well furnished, tastefully decorated, comfortable and quiet room. However, I'm sorry to say: Mario as a host 0, no information about the apartment, the area, restaurants, recommendations etc. Communication 0 on his part during the stay, bordering on rudeness, lack of education and cordiality etc, which made me feel uncomfortable. Personally, I would not recommend it.

Mario was a great host: friendly, helpful, and always available if needed. ☺ He gave excellent local tips and made my stay very easy and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located near Termini with great transport connections. I would definitely recommend staying here and stay at Marios again. 🤗

Loved staying at Mario's place. this is my first misterb&b experience, and it was exceptional. Mario is the most helpful host you can find. Just a sweetheart! And brownie points for being so good looking too! Definitely recommend this.

I've had a great stay at Mario's place. It's conveniently located near the main station, so it's very easy to get around. Mario was a very welcoming host, who gave me lots of tips on where to eat and drink and was always happy to have a chat. Definitely recommended.
