~ Luxury large Apartment ~ Next Gay Street, Colosseum, Central Station

Salvatore is a friendly host. Due to the uncertainty of my long-haul flight schedule, he was very generously adjusted my check-in time. During my stay, he also recommended nearby restaurants and bars. The apartment is spacious and very clean. I would recommend it to other travelers who enjoy using Mr bnb.

Very close to railway station. Metro in walking distance. The apartment has been renovated in a high-end fashion. Communication with Salvatore alway gave a fast response, accurate and very friendly.

Swan Home is more like a five stars hotel to me. It's perfect for singles and couples because the apartment is very spacious. The bed is big for two and there is a private bathroom. The apartment is also tastefully designed and is so clean that I am afraid to make it dirty. It is totally brand new with all the equipment needed for my stay, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and kitchen utensils. I felt very comfortable here, especially the safe neighbourhood and many restaurants and supermarkets around. Travelling to different attractions is relatively easy, having the train station and metro within ten minutes walk. It is just around the great church of Santa Maria Maggiore and it's easy to navigate. At the same time, it is not exactly next to the train station, but convenient to walk there, especially for me who had to take the train to other Italian cities or join the organised tours. The meeting points are all close by. It's also very quiet and I had a wonderful sleep at the end of each day. The host, Salvo is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. He showed me around the neighbourhood and even brought me to a nice restaurant. I asked him to wash and dry my clothes, which he did and I thought a small gesture such as this will always make me come back to stay with him. I will always cherish every moment of my stay in Salvo's place, Swan Home, the place I can call home whenever I am in Rome. It's sad to leave this place and Salvo, but I know I will be back again. I highly recommend Swan Home for singles and couples.

I had a great stay at Salvatore's place. I took a chance on his place as there were no reviews when I booked and I'm glad that I did. The spacious apartment has been recently and beautifully renovated. The location is great as it is within walking distance to many sites and is close to transportation. I was worried that it would be too close to Termini as the blocks surrounding the station are not the best, but it was just far enough away. Salvatore was a great host, super helpful and easy to get in touch with. I'd stay there again without hesitation.
