Pavona Room - Termini Station

Lorenzo was super friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is spacious and I enjoyed having my own bathroom. The accommodation is super close to Stazione Termini. I recommend a stay here.

Very good location for termini station. Made for easy getting to and from. The flat was nice and air conditioning definitely a benefit. Although never even saw the host as they weren't there at all during my two night stay. Be aware 6euro on top per night for city tax.

Loved the experience, the fact that is near to everything and easy access was amazing.

The flat is walking distance from the station so it's very convenient if you have to travel early! The room was clean and tidy, and had AC, much needed on the hot weather! Lorenzo is a great host, sociable and he very punctual with the replies! He gave me tips about restaurants nearby and in different areas! I highly recommend and definitely will book again when I will be in Rome!

Everything about this stay was excellent. The room is as described, the bed is large and with a very comfortable, good mattress. The location is fantastic. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately Lorenzo was working so I only got to meet him for 5 minutes. He is charming, helpful and very friendly. His communication before the stay was clear, helpful and timely.

Well-located apartment I didn't see Lorenzo during my stay, the apartment was just for me. Too bad because I would have liked to chat and improve my Italian

My stay with Lorenzo was too short but he helped make my visit to Rome very memorable! He was kind and communicative, and his space was clean and conveniently close to the train station - in turn, you can get anywhere you need to in the city from here. I'd definitely stay here again!

Strategic location: attached to Termini and just steps from the metro. The room is spacious, the house is welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Due to different schedules, I was able to spend little time with the host, but he/she is truly welcoming and available to meet all the needs and requests of guests. Highly recommended!

Great room in an excellent location, only about a 3-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around Rome very easy. The host was kind, welcoming, and always available whenever needed. All in all, a great stay. 5 out of 5, will definitely come back
