What an amazing apartment. Beautifully furnished and Nikolay was very warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a fantastic location and I walked everywhere I wanted to go but there is a metro station a short walk away. As others have mentioned and Nikolay is very open and honest about, there is a lot of traffic noise so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Amazing place very well connected in Rome. Easy to get around to all the attractions. Nik was a great host, didn't spend too much time together as it was the week and no weekends but I enjoyed the contact we did have. He had a friend there as well who was very helpful and provided me with great recommendations. Would stay again

Had a very pleasant stay at Nikolay's, he is very welcoming and attentive, gave me tips about the city, and the apartment was very stylish, beautiful and spotless clean. Definitely would recommend.

This was, by far, one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had at any place I've stayed. The apartment is great, and perfectly located to visit the main touristic sites in Rome. I literally walked everywhere because it was that close. I would say, if you're not used to the street noise (think NYC) bring some earplugs. The building is very historical and you can't insulate something like that, it comes with the experience. As for Nikolay, he is not just a great host; he's such an amazing human being. I had the privilege of enjoying wonderful in-depth conversations with him about a variety of topics while having some limoncello spritz on the terrace or visiting a few of his favorite places in the city. I stayed there for 6 days and I honestly felt like I needed more time. Thank you, Nikolay, for making me feel right at home during my visit. I cannot wait to return!

Nikolay was welcoming and hospitable the moment we arrived. It felt like visiting an old friend. We only stayed 3 nights and it felt rushed. Wish could return to Rome one day soon. Highly recommended.

Nikolay is the most accommodating, communicative, resourceful, and considerate host. His home is very spacious and beautiful. You feel right at home the very moment you step into his apartment. I will be sure to return to Rome and stay at Nikolay's home. It is close to public transportation. It is also near gay saunas, if that's your thing. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time staying with Nikolay! After a long flight, Nikolay prepared a bottle of wine and snacks welcoming us at the beautiful terrace. The room was comfortable, clean and just like staying at home. The location is great - just 10mins walk to the Colosseum. It could be a little bit noisy as it's close to the street

I truly can't find the words to describe the great experience I had. Not only the house is located in the heart of the city. But ******** is a super great host. He welcomed me with great cocktails, fruits in my room and a bottle of wine. We had a super interesting conversations. ******** gave me great recommendations about what to do in the city. I can go on with many other things. But overall it was the best of the bests ☺☺.
