The flat is in Garbatella located in Ostiense area with a huge assortment of unique restaurants, cafes, lounges and hangouts. Close to FAO and University "Roma 3". Public transit is super abundant in my area.
I live 5 minutes walking distance from Garbatella Station on the B Line Subway, 3 stops to Colosseum (gay street). And less than 10 minutes from Ostiense Station, which goes directly to Fiumicino Airport.
There are also a huge number of night buses with stops at the end of our street, so you'll always get home quickly and safely.

The apartment is very well-maintained and clean, nothing is lacking at all. Staying at Gianni's place was very pleasant and comfortable for me. Gianni is very kind and respectful. The area is well connected to the city center by public transport and there are many shops and venues in the surrounding area. Highly recommended

I had a very nice stay at Gianni's, in the Garbatella quarter of Rome, a short metro ride from the historic centre of Rome. The appartment is homely and comfortable and I found Gianni to be very kind and sensitive. He is a very discrete, intelligent man and rather handsome! Thank you Gianni.

Super apartment with all amenities, very easy to access to get to the city center by subway (and even on foot for the more adventurous) neighborhood with all shops nearby. Gianni was away on the day of our arrival but he arranged with a friend for our arrival. Gianni is a pleasant and discreet host

Excellent warm place, Gianni very attentive and helpful, great vibe. The room is super spacious and comfortable, as well as all the spaces, very communicable area with metro to get around. I would definitely come back.

The house is large, bright, furnished with great taste. Gianni is a gentle giant, very professional and respectful of others' spaces. The metro is very close. There are bars and shops below the house.
