Gianni was an excellent host. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was exactly as pictured. A nice way to start my trip to Italy.

Great stay with Gianni in Rome! 😊 Gianni is a very friendly, welcoming and easygoing host. I felt comfortable from the beginning and really enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean and beautifully arranged, with everything I needed. The interior is also very stylish, so it was a pleasure to spend time there. The location is very convenient too. I often used the nearby buses, metro and trains, and everything I needed was within walking distance, including Anytime Fitness and Eataly. The bus was especially convenient for getting around Rome and visiting the main sights. Thanks for everything, Gianni! I'd definitely love to stay here again next time I'm in Rome! 🇮🇹 Highly recommended! 👍

His place is very convenient to the trains. There is an amazing gelato spot across the street, and Gionni is very friendly. The bed is comfortable and the AC is just what I needed. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

Located in a non-touristy neighborhood, but well connected by public transport - including night buses - Gianni's beautiful air-conditioned and bright apartment offers a perfect base for exploring the Eternal City in all its aspects. Also noteworthy is the presence of excellent restaurants in the area, as well as the Park of Via Appia Antica. Gianni is also an attentive host, available, but also discreet: we therefore highly recommend a stay in his apartment.

I stayed here for study purposes. The apartment is located in a strategic area of the city and is well connected by public transport, which allowed me to reach the university very quickly. The room is equipped with air conditioning, which was a huge help, especially during the hottest nights. The shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, and living room) are well maintained, with great attention to both cleanliness and furnishings. Gianni is a very polite and discreet host. If I return to Rome, even just to visit the city, I will definitely consider staying here again.

I had a very nice stay at Gianni's, in the Garbatella quarter of Rome, a short metro ride from the historic centre of Rome. The appartment is homely and comfortable and I found Gianni to be very kind and sensitive. He is a very discrete, intelligent man and rather handsome! Thank you Gianni.

Super apartment with all amenities, very easy to access to get to the city center by subway (and even on foot for the more adventurous) neighborhood with all shops nearby. Gianni was away on the day of our arrival but he arranged with a friend for our arrival. Gianni is a pleasant and discreet host
