The apartment is 3 minutes walk from Trastevere Station, easily connected with all the main sites in Rome, such as Fiumicino airport, city center, main monuments, bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the Gianicolo, Testaccio area or the typical "romanity" of Trastevere. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi and breakfast included. To be paid on arrival, 6 euros per night for municipal tourist tax.

Max's apartment is large and very well furnished. The bedroom is spacious with the bonus of a private bathroom. Excellent breakfast. It was a brief stay and we only saw each other for a moment but the communication was excellent. If I return to Rome I will definitely book with Max again

Had a lovely stay with Massi. Incredibly clean, lots of fun art, and convenient but quiet location! Felt well-taken care of with the coffee and breakfast he set out each morning. Would definitely book again.

This apartment was beautiful, very clean and close to the train station. I was able to walk around and go running at the Villa Doria Pamphili park. Massimiliano was a great host! Very good communicating how to get there and providing local suggestions. Had the best pizza in Rome thanks to his recommendation. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you for the great stay

Massi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and relaxed. His flat is highly curated and spotlessly clean. And within minutes from Trastevere train stop. He was flexible with our late arrival and made sure our stay was memorable. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Massimiliano is a great host, making things the easier possible to make his guest feel at home and giving the best advices. And his apartement is awesome, with the possibility of having our privacy. Thanks for everything (the coffee especially). I would definitely recommand to book Massimilano's room for your Roman journey.

Staying with Massimiliano was a wonderful experience Very close to Trastevere station. Excellent communication, he also gave me great tips on where to eat out and how to get around the city. I would happily stay with Massimiliano again for another trip to Rome.

I had a wonderful time staying at Massimiliano's place. It's beautiful, close to train station, super clean, and well decorated. He was also very helpful with anything you might need during your stay and easy to communicate. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night.
