Modern room with a private bathroom available in a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom designer apartment located a 3-minute walk from the metro station (Giulio Agricola), in a peaceful area just 5 minutes away from a beautiful park (Parco degli Acquedotti). The other room/bathroom is occupied by me and my husband. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. In the surrounding area, you’ll find a variety of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream shops, and a 24/7 Sicilian pastry shop.

Travel times by metro (direct):

15 minutes to Termini Central Station 18 minutes to the Spanish Steps 22 minutes to the Vatican.

The apartment is a non-smoking space, located on a middle floor with an elevator, and it looks exactly like the pictures: completely renovated, with designer furniture, cozy and welcoming, featuring carpets on the floor and chairs on the balcony for smokers.

Guests will have access to the living area with an outdoor balcony, the kitchen, their own private bedroom, and bathroom.
