The area is full of restaurants and bars, as well as essential services such as pharmacies, supermarkets etc. The apartment, just renovated, is located on the top floor of a historic building, enjoys excellent lighting and exposure. The room, furnished in modern style, is equipped with all comforts, including mini fridge, hairdryer and coffee machine. The theme of the room is nature: all the furnishings are modern and designed for maximum comfort. The mattress, hypoallergenic and anti-mite, guarantees a perfect rest.

Hello, i am a cheerful guy born and raised in Rome. I work as an italian teacher for foreigners :) Although i don't live in the apartment i always do my best to be reachable. Also i am very happy to give suggestions on how to experience Rome in the best way (bars, typical restaurants, public transport and so on...) So far i travelled all around Europe but my dream is to explore also the other continents as soon as possible (especially Australia and America) :) Besides travelling i also love football, cinema and enjoying good food!!

Very lovely place, very clean. Was hoping more of a Misterbb experience. But we had to share with other guest from ******** they were nice young girls. Emmanuelle was very responsive to our questions.

Cute room that feels like a hotel room more so than a b&b. You will be asked to pay the city tax upon arrival, apparently that's an Italy thing... The room is very clean and well maintained. The host provides many resources, even a local map attached to the wall to ensure you know your surroundings. It is purely a rental space, do not expect to get a "homey/local" feel that you get with other options. We recommend staying here if you simply need a room. Oh, the mattress/bed could've been better.

The accommodation is practical, pleasantly and subtly furnished. The apartment consists of 2 separate units and a fully equipped kitchen for both. Located a few minutes' walk southeast of Rome's main train station, Termini, it is also excellently connected to public transport. A tram runs via the Colosseum to the station towards Trastevere, and another towards the Vatican. Supermarket nearby, multilingual and helpful host, very pleasant.

Nice room. Great host. Not "next to the central station" tho. It's about a 30 minute walk. Also, no breakfast was included, although coffee and tea were.

Emanuele's place is very clean and comfortable and an easy place to explore Rome from. Emanuele is a very nice and accommodating host - easy to communicate with and helpful all around. Highly recommend his place when you visit Rome.
