Stay in Rome in a cozy room, located in a quiet area with good public transportation access. The room is a single room, but it can also accommodate two people.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a quiet building with an elevator and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.

During your stay, I’ll be at home and will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You’ll therefore need to pass through the living room to get to the bathroom and kitchen—I’m letting you know this upfront so you’ll know in advance how the apartment is laid out.

Cinecittà is an authentic, lively neighborhood, less touristy than the downtown areas. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it convenient to eat out or go shopping. Also nearby are the Parco degli Acquedotti, ideal for strolling and relaxing in nature, and the Cinecittà Studios, which are interesting for those who want to explore the world of cinema. Tours of the studios are subject to availability.

Rome’s city center and major attractions are about 15–20 minutes away by public transportation, or 10–20 minutes by car or taxi. It’s a convenient place to stay for exploring the city and returning to a quieter neighborhood.

I'm an Italian guy living in Rome and working as a teacher. I like travelling and meeting travellers from all around the world. I also like reading, theatre and social nudism. I live in a cosy flat outside of the busy center, in the well connected area of Cinecittà. The center and all major sights are reachable in 20/30 minutes by public transport or 15/20 minutes by car/taxi. The area is full of shops, bars and restaurant. Nearby there's Parco degli Acquedotti, a big and beautiful park. The flat is in the fourth floor (with elevator) of a quiet apartment building, perfect for a good night's rest.

A very nice cozy room in an excellent location. It's a direct 20-minute train ride on a single line to reach most of the main sites you might want to see in Rome. Sergio was a really excellent host who gave me food recommendations and made sure my stay was pleasant and harmonious.

Sergio was a thoughtful host, communicating well and with humor about location and check-in — both of which were easy. The location is close to both a station on metro line A and to the remarkable aqueduct park, away from the main tourist hubbub. Quiet place!

My stay at Sergio's place was great! Sergio is a very welcoming host, who makes your stay worthwhile! As it says in the description, the place it outside the busy parts of Rome, so if you want to get away from the touristy masses, this is the place for you. Sergio's apartment is well-connected to the city center and you can get there in about 20 minutes by metro. I can recommend this place 100%

Staying at Sergio's place in Rome was like stepping into a cozy Roman hideaway. Tucked away in a neighborhood where locals live, it felt more like home than a tourist spot. I highly recommend it! Impeccable apartment with all possible comforts, a large bedroom furnished with taste with a big bed where I slept very well. I arrived late in the evening and the host waited for me without any hesitation. I only stayed 1 night but I got the impression that the host is welcoming, discreet and professional.
