Outside, a large patio with a wood-burning oven is ideal for outdoor dining and convivial moments. In addition, the villa is designed to provide maximum privacy, offering a serene and private environment, perfect for those who want a retreat away from the daily hustle and bustle. The Villa is 15 minutes from the sea ( Capocotta resort, famous for naturism) and 20 minutes from Rome, near the Villa is Pomezia station with frequent trains to Termini.

Truly incredible! They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! They didn't just give me recommendations but actually took the time to show me a few places in rome that you can't read about in a guidebook. They even made me a dessert with a candle to blow out for my birthday. I can't wait to come back to Italy if only to spend more time with this wonderful couple.

Wonderful experience of hospitality, helpfulness and organization! Giordano and Simone did everything to make the stay comfortable. In a tastefully furnished villa where the ancient and modern blend harmoniously. A spacious sofa, a lit fireplace and a good glass of wine accompanied the evening. It is absolutely not easy to find two hosts who are so inclusive, charming and kind. Highly recommended 😉

Absolutely impeccable hosts! They were extraordinarily kind and social. The house is more beautiful than what comes through in the photos, the room is kept wonderfully, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this accommodation both for the lodging itself and for the cordiality of the hosts.
