Terrace over Rome, room with super breakfast

We thorougly enjoyed our stay at Gio's place. Close to the centre with easy access to public transport. The place was spotless and well maintained. Gio was an amazing host. Gave us guide and tips about Rome. He provided us with a great selection for breakfast. Highly recommended! Thanks so much again Gio for your hospitality and for being amazing!

This place was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood, near bus and metro station. The room was very comfortable. The place was very cleaned and the hosts are amazing people. Giorgio helped me with clear instructions how to get to the nearest metro station from the airpot. He was free and offered to pick me up at the station and made me the best Tiramisu. Every morning breakfast was set on the table and it was great. Thank you for making my first visit to Rome a memorable experience.

I had a wonderful stay with Giorgio and Fred! They were amazing hosts—super friendly, easy to talk to, and always happy to help with anything. The apartment was spotless, very well cared for, and the terrace was beautiful. I even got to try some of Giorgio's delicious tiramisu! They gave me great tips on places to visit in Rome, and communication was smooth and easy the whole time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely love to stay with them again.

Giorgio and Fred were amazing hosts! They're place is incredible, having breakfast on the terrace each morning was so nice. They are super friendly and always helpful with any questions.

My stay was excellent. Giorgio and his husband were wonderful hosts, always very welcoming and attentive. From the very beginning I felt at home and well taken care of. Communication was fast and clear, and they were always ready to respond and assist with anything I needed. You can really feel the care they put into preparing the stay and the breakfast, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

We had a great stay at Giorgio and Fred's place. Loved the terrace to cool down a little bit after hot summer's days, the breakfast, the chats with our hosts, the little treats Giorgio gave us, the tranquil neighbourhood far from Rome's tourist crowds. Will certainly be back on a next visit to Rome.

Gio and his partner Fred were excellent hosts! The room and apartment were exactly as described and seen in photographs. Gio was extremely hospitable - answering my questions, providing me with information before and throughout my stay, and giving me the lay of the land. He was also very flexible with me when my flight got pushed at the last minute. This was my first trip to Europe, and Gio made it less intimidating. They are both truly wonderful people - I hope to see them again in the future!
