I will be happy to host you in my home in Tivoli, near Rome. In the heart of the medieval district, you will be hosted in a cozy apartment located in a historic building. The apartment, recently renovated, will offer you the charm of an old house combined with all modern comforts. The house offers a master bedroom with private bathroom, a single bedroom, living room, kitchen, veranda, small terrace, laundry room and a second bathroom. The living room offers a large sofa. The apartment, on the second floor, is quiet, bright and offers a magnificent view of the rooftops of the medieval quarter. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the en suite private bathroom has a very large shower for two people. The single room and the kitchen feature an ancient wooden and brick roof. In summer, the small terrace is ideal for breakfast. The living room and kitchen are shared spaces with me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights in Tivoli, in Andrea's apartment, and in talking with Andrea and enjoying his company. The apartment is very clean, well kept, and comfortable. Great location. And Andrea himself is knowledgeable, available, and generous. I'm happy to recommend his place, and I hope to return sometime

Very nice apartment with everything needed to have a relaxing time in Tivoli. Very central location and just two minutes from the parking. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who also enjoys chatting and spending a relaxing moment together.

The apartment is truly tasteful, original and functional. Coming back home after a day of visiting around was a pleasure. The host Andrea is really kind and attentive to his guests' needs and knew how to share moments of conviviality with great balance in the best spirit of MisterB&B. Andrea & Fabio are two exceptional hosts. The apartment is clean and sweet, well decorated and very comfortable. We slept just one night so we hadn't time to visit Tivoli and all its historical attractions but we decided to come back as soon as possible. We'll book surely at the same place, strongly suggested.

My husband Jay and I from Baltimore Maryland USA spent our first visit to Italy in Andrea's cozy, beautifully decorated, close walking to every convenience, larger room. Andrea helped us prepare for our stay with suggested restaurants for dining and villas we must see, some sites and gardens/statues /ruins over 2000 years old less than thirty minutes walking and hired us a fair, reliable and knowledgeable driver for our time there. We'll plan a visit to our charming host again in a warm month.
