Hi, I'm Luca. I live with my cat in a large apartment of 200 m2. The building in which the apartment is located is the first example of Futurism in Rome, and it is still all authentic, as is my apartment, for which a conservative restoration has been done. The ceilings are all 4 meters high; there is a large main entrance with marble floors, three living rooms with inlaid parquet floors, a large corridor overlooked by 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and finally the kitchen, with service access to the garden. I have decided to share my room, the second one overlooking the hallway: it has a large leather double bed, private bathroom entirely in marble and teak with tub and shower and walk-in closet. I will sleep in my study and use the bathroom that faces the hallway. Beyond the kitchen, also along the hallway, is a utility room with a bunk bed and opposite is another large bathroom with a large shower.
