Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kontaktiert Sie per SMS, um das beste Erlebnis zu gewährleisten."

"Laureano ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er ist Innenarchitekt, und das sieht man in der wunderschönen Einrichtung seiner Wohnung. Seine Wohnung ist sehr gut in Recoleta gelegen, in der Nähe von zwei U-Bahn-Linien, und es ist sehr einfach und sicher, direkt von der Wohnung zu vielen Orten zu laufen. Laureano gab mir Freiraum, war aber auch freundlich und kümmerte sich darum, zu überprüfen, ob ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. An einem Abend lud er mich zum Abendessen mit ihm und einigen seiner Freunde ein und gab mir Tipps, was man in Buenos Aires und Córdoba unternehmen kann. Danke für alles, Laureano!"

"Leandro antwortete umgehend auf alle meine Fragen. Das Apartment war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Meine einzige Beschwerde wäre, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, Kaffee zu brühen. Ansonsten ist die Küche mehr als ausreichend. Das Gebäude ist schön, grundlegend, freundliches Sicherheitspersonal, immer präsent. Pool und Jacuzzi waren ohne Wasser. Das Fitnessstudio ist klein und grundlegend, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist günstig für nahe gelegene Parks, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Es liegt an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße mit vielen Bussen, schlechten Gehwegen, etc. Sicherlich nicht die attraktivste Gegend der Stadt, aber zu Fuß in kurzer Entfernung von der Plaza Italia. Zum Preis würde ich es empfehlen."

"I stayed here for about a week and overall was very happy with the apartment and the value for money. The price was excellent for Buenos Aires, and the building feels modern and secure. The rooftop pool and gym are a big plus, and I liked having a proper kitchen so I could cook when I didn’t feel like going out. San Telmo is an interesting, historic neighborhood with a lot of character. Plaza Dorrego and Calle Defensa are an easy walk and absolutely worth exploring – antique shops, street art, cafés, markets, and plenty of people-watching. There’s also a hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby in front of the Museo de Arte Moderno, which was useful for sightseeing. One thing to be aware of: most group tours in Buenos Aires do **not** pick up in San Telmo, so you’ll probably need to use Uber or a taxi to get to the typical meeting points (usually Centro, Recoleta, or Palermo). Not a deal-breaker, but good to know when you’re planning. The apartment itself was clean and matched the photos. My only real comfort issue was the bed – the mattress was much firmer than I prefer, though some people might like that. The bathroom has only an **overhead (rain-style) shower**, not a handheld one, which I personally don’t love, but the **water pressure was very good** and there was plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi worked well. The TV/Netflix instructions in the PDF guide were slightly out of date, but with a little trial and error I got everything working. For practical stuff: * I drank the **tap water** in the apartment the whole time with **no problems**, so in case you’re wondering, it’s safe to drink. * Make sure you have ************, because Diego (the building super) uses it to coordinate check-in and let you into the apartment. * Laura, the owner, was kind and helpful, and the PDF guide she sends has a lot of useful information. If you need to reach her quickly, I recommend texting her directly, because she may not always see in-app messages right away. I also recommend buying a **round-trip ticket from the official taxi stand at Ezeiza Airport**. The price for the round trip to San Telmo was very reasonable for about a 30-minute ride each way and it was completely hassle-free. One logistic issue that’s worth mentioning: many international flights into Buenos Aires arrive very early in the morning (before check-in) and depart late at night (long after check-out). In my case I had to be out of the apartment at 10 a.m., but my airport taxi wasn’t coming until 5 p.m. I used an app called **Radical Storage** to find a nearby hotel that stored my bags for about six hours, and that worked perfectly. I highly recommend it if you have a similar gap between check-out and your flight. Buenos Aires itself is a fantastic city and I always felt welcome; people were very friendly. I speak Spanish, but I had to adapt quickly to the local use of *vos* instead of *tú*. Food is obviously a matter of taste, but I personally found a lot of restaurant options fairly expensive and a bit bland, so I ended up cooking quite a lot in the apartment. Definitely try **alfajores** while you’re here, though – those were a highlight. In summary: a solid, comfortable base in San Telmo at a great price, with helpful hosts and good building amenities. Just be aware of the firm bed, the overhead-only shower, the need to Uber to most tour meeting points, and the early-arrival/late-departure timing issue, and you’ll likely have a very good stay here. "

"Großartige Wohnung im wunderschönen Palermo-Viertel, in der Nähe des Nachtlebens und sehr queer-freundlich. Francisco ist ein großartiger Gastgeber mit ausgezeichneter Kommunikation zum Erreichen der Wohnung, beim Check-in und mit Vorschlägen für Aktivitäten in der Nachbarschaft. Er half uns auch prompt bei weiteren Fragen oder wenn wir Klarstellungen benötigten. Wir empfehlen ihn auf jeden Fall weiter!"

"A fantastic stay in the loft in Palermo - the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and has excellent amenities. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the sunset amongst the plants. The decor of the apartment is modern and the kitchen is very well equipped with high quality appliances and utensils - we had breakfast in the apartment each day which was very convenient and ordered delivery as well. There is a large dining table as well as lounge area for relaxing after a day sightseeing. The bedroom has good block out curtains and the bed is high quality with good bed linens and nice lighting. The bathroom has all amenities you could need and good hot water. The laundry is shared but we never had any problems booking the machine and used it on two days - there is no dryer but there is a clothes airer which means you can dry your clothes making use of the lovely northerly aspect of the apartment. The internet service is excellent and fast. The apartment is in a secure building with a number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby including good coffee for breakfast time and excellent italian. The Subte (Dorrego) is about 15 minutes walk away but you can also get one of about six different bus routes to many parts of the city within 5 minutes walk - use ******** Maps to help plan your trip. There are convenient and well priced Ubers also available. Our host Francisco was easy to contact and we had no issues with any part of our stay. Check in and out was easy and we had two sets of keys so that we could come and go as needed. Francisco also provides local tips on things to do in the area and city. An excellent stay would highly recommend."

Die Wohnung selbst ist eine ruhige kleine Oase an einem gut gelegenen Ort, um BA zu erkunden. Eine wirklich wunderbar eingerichtete Wohnung, die voller Charakter war - nicht wie viele ********-Wohnungen, die ein bisschen seelenlos sein können!"
