Welcome to The Chill Pill, a colorful one-bedroom retreat designed for slowing down, settling in, and enjoying the best of Wilton Manors. Located just one block from Wilton Drive and about 10 minutes from the beach, this playful hideaway pairs vibrant interiors with a large private backyard, jacuzzi, and fire pit—all within easy reach of the neighborhood’s restaurants, bars, cafés, and nightlife. BEDROOM The bedroom offers a calm and comfortable place to recharge, featuring a queen bed with soft linens and its own Smart TV for winding down at the end of the night.

LIVING ROOM Bright, colorful, and designed for lounging, the living room features a comfortable sofa positioned around a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or putting your feet up after a day at the beach. A dedicated dining table gives you a comfortable place for meals or morning coffee, while a separate desk provides a convenient workspace for remote work, checking emails, or planning your day.

KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to dinner at home. Full-size appliances, ample counter space, and everyday cooking essentials give you everything you need for both short visits and longer stays.

BATHROOM The home includes one full bathroom with clean, modern finishes and a walk-in shower for an easy, refreshing start or end to your day.

PRIVATE BACKYARD, JACUZZI & FIRE PIT One of The Chill Pill’s best features is its spacious private backyard—a rare find this close to Wilton Drive. Anchored by a beautiful mature tree and surrounded by tropical greenery, the space was designed for spending as much time outside as in. Start the day stretched out on a sun lounger, enjoy lunch or dinner at the outdoor dining table, slip into the jacuzzi for a relaxing soak, or gather around the fire pit as the evening winds down. The backyard, jacuzzi, and fire pit are completely private to you during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

Multifamily Property: The Chill Pill is located on a multifamily property with other guest accommodations nearby. Your apartment and backyard are private to you; however, because other guests may be staying elsewhere on the property, occasional ambient noise may be heard.

Jacuzzi Service: A pool technician services the jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. They may briefly enter the private backyard to complete routine service.

Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.

Pets: Pets are welcome for a $90 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed when in public outdoor spaces and pick up after your pet, including in the private backyard.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.

Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
