PARKING:

On the kitchen counter there will be a garage sensor. You will use this to enter the gated community. The garage has a clearance width of 7.7 FT and height of 7.2 FT. It is a 2-car stackable garage meaning one car park in front of the other. This is not an ideal garage for large SUVs. There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the townhome.

Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels. A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.
