If you're looking to explore the beaches a bit more, the Mary Street access is about 10 minutes away. and Matanzas Inlet is only about 20 minutes south and offers additional beach access, beautiful views, and calm tidal pools perfect for relaxing or shell hunting. - You're in prime St. Augustine beach! Enjoy mini-golf, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Wednesday morning farmers market at the St. Augustine pier, plus pier fishing! - The property is only 4.5 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine, with quick access to top-rated restaurants, shops, attractions and museums. - Looking for more adventure? The first floor flex room with murphy bed makes the space especially easy to spread out in. With three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, this home makes it easy to accommodate your group. Includes a full laundry room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the coast, this condo offers a perfect mix of relaxation and functionality - all just steps from the beach.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

PARKING: Parking is available in the spots in our driveway. The home is equipped with a Tesla EV charger for our guests with electric vehicles.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just 200 steps to the end of the street to the beach! If you have 4 wheel drive, you can drive on directly at Mary Street!

The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, a $199 non-refundable incidentals fee will be added to each reservation. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your ******** is not the maximum amount you are responsible in the event of damage. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just three short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance on A Street, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10-15 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play! We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
