Pacifico L306 is a beautiful three-bedroom condo on the second floor of one of the buildings in Pacifico, a renovated condominium community near Playas del Coco. Pacifico offers resort-style amenities and access to a high-end beach club, and this unit offers a picturesque view of a sparkling swimming pool and lush tropical gardens for a relaxing getaway in Guanacaste.

This 1,336-square-foot (124 m2) unit features a spacious, open-concept living and dining area, furnished with modern artwork and decor that subtly nods to the laid-back coastal lifestyle in Guanacaste.

The living room offers a comfortable sectional and armchair, a coffee table, and an entertainment center with a TV. It sits next to a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered balcony surrounded by lush greenery, furnished with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill. This condo also offers the option for indoor dining, with a rectangular table seating six situated between the living room and kitchen.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a bright, modern design, with high-end wood cabinets and drawers, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. The wraparound breakfast bar seats four.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto the covered balcony. This room also has a walk-in closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large closet, and the third has two twin beds and a vibrant, tropical design. Both these bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity. The entire unit can sleep six guests.

As a guest at Pacifico L306, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.

You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.

This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.

Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Pets should not be left unattended within the property. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back.

Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies.

There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave!

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
