Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please notify us in advance if you require either.

Parking: Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please pay attention to posted street signs. For longer stays or more convenient parking, we offer optional Zone 5 residential permits for $15/day. Let us know if you'd like to arrange one.

House Rules: We want you to feel at home, but please be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos. Pets are not allowed. Please ensure the property is left in a tidy condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
