Guests have access to the entire house and all the amenities. PARKING: There is one car parking spot available at the back of the house. TRASH can located on the driveway, please make sure to bag your trash and put in the trash can outside. The neighborhood is quiet & residential. You'll likely want a car for long distance stuff, though much is bikeable and we provide two bikes Walking and driving

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
