Wunderschönes Kolonialhaus an Bostons North Shore

I am Doug's and Greg's first guest, but I know I will be the first of many. They are exceptional hosts! I wanted to stay at a BnB for a couple of days as a retreat from my regular routine. I came across their listing as they live close to where I live on the North Shore. Communication with Doug was excellent, and their listing is described accurately. I was warmly welcomed by Doug, Greg, and their two pets. Their home is beautiful, and the location is wonderful - walking distance to the center of town. I stayed in the room with the desk. The bed was very comfortable. I took advantage of breakfast both mornings, and we went out to dinner one evening at a great Italian restaurant. What I especially enjoyed was our conversations as we shared our journeys and life in general. I now have two new friends - four, if you include their pets. :-) If you are looking for a place to stay in Swampscott or the surrounding towns such as Salem, Beverly, or Marblehead, they are all easy to get to from their place. I should add the Swampscott commuter rail is a 10 minute walk from their house and gets to Boston in under 1/2 hour. Thanks, gentlemen, for making my stay so much fun! I highly recommend staying with them!
