The pool is solar-heated, so its warmth follows the weather. Clear summer days bring the best swim. Cooler or cloudy spells leave the water closer to air temperature. The hot tub runs on a boiler — set it to the heat you want; allow up to two hours to climb. Ajijic sits on the north shore of Lake Chapala. La Floresta is residential and green. Centro Ajijic offers restaurants, galleries, and shops along cobbled streets. The lake and climate draw guests year-round. A bike and walking path runs toward Ajijic’s cafés and restaurants. The bus stop is about five minutes on foot. Uber and taxis are easy here.
