One of our most distinctive features is its private rooftop terrace, offering the perfect setting to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, unwind after a day in the city, or gather beneath the Atlanta skyline as the sun sets. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private rooftop terrace, and designated outdoor spaces.

The property includes two dedicated parking spaces for guest use. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, street parking may be available nearby; however, availability cannot be guaranteed and guests should observe all posted parking regulations.

The home features self check-in for your convenience, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Please note that access is limited to registered guests unless otherwise approved in advance. Nestled on Atlanta's Kirkwood area, The Asi Haus places guests at the intersection of culture, convenience, and local character. The home offers easy access to some of Atlanta's most vibrant neighborhoods, including East Atlanta Village, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown, Grant Park, and Downtown Decatur.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate being just minutes from the renowned East Lake Golf Club, home of the PGA TOUR Championship and one of the most historic golf courses in the country.

Guests can spend their days exploring local restaurants, neighborhood cafés, breweries, boutiques, and Atlanta's celebrated arts and entertainment scene. The Atlanta BeltLine, Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, and many of the city's most popular attractions are also within easy reach. For guests traveling without a vehicle, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as public transportation. • Self check-in is available for your convenience.
