Linens & Towels: All bed linens, plus bath, hand, and pool towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the house. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee of $349.00. Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness. Optional Services: BBQ Grill Rental: $100.00 for up to one week. Pool & Spa Heating: $35.00 per day (2-day minimum). Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool & Spa Heater: The attached spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated only when the entire pool is heated and reaches the same temperature. Pool heaters may not function effectively in cold weather and will not exceed 95°F. No refunds are offered if the desired temperature is not reached during cold spells.
