Nápoles is also celebrated for its leafy parks, wide avenues, and forward-looking commercial growth, all complemented by a rich architectural heritage. Strolling through the neighborhood, you’ll find elegant mansions and palaces from the 1930s and 1940s in the distinctive Colonial Californian style, alongside an impressive collection of mid-century modern buildings that reflect the innovative spirit of the era. One of the neighborhood’s greatest advantages is its central location, making it easy to get around whether you choose to rent a bike, hop on the Metrobus, or simply explore on foot. We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.
