Our beautiful apartment is located in the center of Madrid, in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés, from where you can walk everywhere !
The apartment is located in a typical building of the late nineteenth century but renovated, with oak floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light throughout the day. Except for the large amount of books and plants, the decoration is minimalist, which makes the apartment a space of peace and relaxation.
Your ROOM is located in the middle of the apartment, it is very quiet but at the same time very bright or very dark, depending on your choice. It has plenty of space to store clothes in the closet. The bed is double, with viscoelastic and anti-allergenic mattress.
The DINING ROOM and the LIVING ROOM merge into a single space of 45sqm, very bright, with a large sofa, 65" TV, fireplace and two balconies, plus a wooden table of 180cm. The dining room has a small corner to work, in case you need it. HBOMax, Amazon & Filmin platforms are available.
The beautiful KITCHEN is a perfect space to cook, it has an induction hob, oven, Jura superautomatic coffee maker (the coffee is delicious!), among other applications.
The BATHROOM, which we would share, has a huge shower, even with plants! Fancy a relaxing shower by candlelight?

Nuestro precioso piso se encuentra en el centro de Madrid, en el barrio multicultural de Lavapiés, desde donde podrás ir andando a todas partes!
El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio típico de la ciudad de finales del S. XIX, reformado, con suelos de roble, techos altos y muchísima luz natural a lo largo del día. Salvo por la gran cantidad de libros y plantas, la decoración es minimalista, lo que favorece que el piso sea un espacio de paz y tranquilidad.
Vuestra HABITACIÓN se encuentra en medio del piso, es muy silenciosa pero a la vez muy luminosa o muy oscura, según decidáis. Cuenta con espacio de sobra para almacenar ropa en el armario. La cama es doble, con colchón viscoelástico y antialérgenos.
El COMEDOR y la SALA DE ESTAR se fusionan en un espacio único de 45sqm, muy luminoso, con un gran sofa, televisor de 65", chimenea y dos balcones, además de una mesa de madera de 180cm. El comedor cuenta con un pequeño rincón para trabajar, por si lo necesitáis. HBOMax y Filmin están disponibles.
La preciosa COCINA es un espacio perfecto para cocinar, cuenta con placa de inducción, horno, cafetera superautomática Jura (el café es espectacular), entre otras aplicaciones.
El BAÑO, que compartimos, tiene una ducha enorme, hasta con plantas! ¿Te apetece tomarte una ducha relajante a la luz de las velas?

The main principle is to be respectful of each other, as well as to take care of the house and what it contains.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (there are balconies).
-Pets are not allowed (we are both allergic)
-Eating in the room is not allowed.
-Everyone's rest must be guaranteed, including the neighbors, so between 10 pm and 8 am we ask you to be especially attentive to noise.
