There is new flooring throughout the entire condo. The pool, spa and club house are literally only steps away. The condo is fully furnished and stocked with towels, linens, beach chairs and more. We also provide necessities like shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We have also provided a brand new washer and dryer that is available for your use. There is also a Level2 EV charger in the garage! The condo's complex is steps from Downtown Pismo. It's a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping! All guests are allowed 2 vehicles. One can park in the garage, the 2nd in a parking spot in the complex. Please note that the city of Pismo Beach requires us to charge a 14.5% lodging tax. That is shown as the management fee in your total.
